For each booking the terminal cleaning adds up with Euro 160,00.

General Information

Every Apartment is equipped with direct heating, a complete arranged Kitchen, Wi-Fi / Internet Access, TV, small stereo-soundsystem, hair-drier, electric iron, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bedclothes and towels.

The water-quality is great in Obertauern. You do not need to bring bottles.

Our parking lot has a charging station for 2 electric cars.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance and travel insurance.

General local tax € 2.45 per night and person (people up to the age of 15 are exempt). Registration number according to the Overnight Accommodation Tax Act: 50422-001110-2020.

Included in the Price:
Electricity, heating, bedclothes, towels.

Time of Arrival: at 3 a.m.
Departure: until 9 a.m.

Booking information

It’s not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the vacation you’ve booked must be canceled or cut short early.

The right of withdrawal according to Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAAG does not apply; our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply(https://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) § 5 der AGBH 2006:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% if you leave early.

We would like to save you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. We therefore recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (including accident benefits) as a precaution against cancellations, early departures and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue). If the booking is canceled, the deposit cannot be refunded! There will be no refund for late arrival or early departure!
