4-Chairlift Gr\u00fcnwaldkopf Obertauern<\/strong>
The comfortable chairlift takes you safely and quickly to the wonderful mountains and beautiful mountain lakes. Starting point for easy hikes, panoramic views, three mountain lakes, mountain restaurant with children’s playground on Gr\u00fcnwaldsee, bicycles and strollers are transported free of charge, dogs are allowed, SalzburgerLand Card is valid. The chairlift is on the opposite slope.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mountaineering and hiking<\/strong>
Whether mountain climbing to the steep mountain peaks or a leisurely hike to one of the rustic alpine huts or refuges. A day in the mountains and on paths through blooming summer meadows with a bright blue sky makes your heart soar! A bacon snack with home-made schnapps or buttermilk and cheese bread from our farmers – that tastes good, that’s how to live. Motorcycle tours, mountain biking and cycling<\/strong>
Explore the mountains and lakes of the Radst\u00e4dter Tauern – no problem with the bikes from the Hotel Gasthof Sailer. Whether difficult tours for experienced mountain bikers or easy cycling through lush meadows in the Taurachtal – both are possible with us. Or a trip on the motorbike through our beautiful homeland or into the neighbouring countries – Obertauern is ideal as a location for wonderful day tours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Golfing<\/strong>
Obertauern is an ideal starting point for golfers who love variety. Only about 20 km to the south is the GC St. Michael and to the north with its famous birdy jet is the GC Radstadt, where Karl-Heinz G\u00f6gele worked. Another 15 km away is the GC Haus, designed by Bernhard Langer. But many other golf courses can also be reached in just a few minutes by car – we wish you a nice game!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fishing and angling<\/strong>
Anglers big and small will get their money’s worth at the “F\u00fcrstenbrunn” fishing pond. Fishing and boats are available to rent, but the prey (rainbow and brown trout, char and carp) must be purchased. At the fishing hut you can then have the fish grilled or smoked directly. Our Peter will prepare the fish deliciously for you. Well then MEAL!
