Haus Meilinger retains all the charm of its historic family home, with the modern maisonette extension creating three complete-living apartments. The house is located at 26 Panoramastraße (Panorama Street), rising up four levels.

Spacious with saunas. Apartment One has the largest living area featuring the Panorama Window. It has two saunas - a KLAFS Finnish sauna (tailored wood cladding, climate control) and an infrared sauna (using light panels to warm the body). The family-sized kitchen is well-stocked including a raclette table grill set with personal coupelles (small non-stick pans) to melt cheese with meat and vegetables. The open dining area has views of the mountains and pistes on two sides. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and an ensuite with a deep bath, shower, basin and toilet.

The most beds are in Apartment Two. The spacious open living area - with spectacular mountain views on two sides - has a large dining table, a family-sized kitchen and a loungeroom. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, shelving and an adjoining ensuite. Next door is a second bathroom, also with a shower, basin and toilet. A second entry-level bedroom has a bunkbed with a lower double bed and upper single bed. A staircase leads to a roomy loft area with four single beds.

A cosy, intimate vibe… Apartment Three suits a small friend group or a family holidaying with a second couple. It has spacious high-ceiling wood architecture in an open living plan. A fully self-contained kitchen, dining table and lounge area have panoramic views on two sides, creating a delightful, airy atmosphere. There are bedrooms with ensuites on both the entry level and upper level. A pine staircase leads up to the second bedroom that was extensively renovated to create an ensuite: It has two king single beds pressed together on a wooden frame, two single beds on the far side of the room. Wide windows offer sensational mountain vistas.

Larch Eco-Architecture…
uses one of the hardest conifers with natural resins that maximise health and hygiene. Known in architecture as biomimicry the larch wood has inbuilt natural defences – phytoncides – that trees use for protection. These same airborne compounds protect people as they naturally have anti-inflammatory properties, fend off decay, mould and insects and disperse a clean, soothing pine-needle scent. High pine ceilings and staircases using robust larch wood has been specifically chosen for its excellent thermal insulation properties that prevents the rapid loss of heat and maintains a stable, comfortable temperature. The larch darkens with age and gracefully blends in with the natural pine surrounds.

It’s not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you expected and the vacation you’ve booked must be cancelled or cut short early.The right of withdrawal according to Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAAG does not apply; our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply (see here) § 5 der AGBH 2006:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% if you leave early.
We would like to save you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. We therefore recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (including accident benefits) as a precaution against cancellations, early departures and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).
